Coach Sudhir Nair
Coach Sudhir Nair is the Founder and Head Coach of SN Cricket Academy, bringing more than 25 years of coaching and playing experience to one of Georgia's premier youth cricket programs.
As an ICC Level 3 Certified Coach, Coach Sudhir holds one of the highest coaching certifications recognized by the International Cricket Council. His coaching philosophy combines technical excellence, structured player development, discipline, and a genuine passion for helping every athlete reach their highest potential.
Over the course of his career, Coach Sudhir has coached and mentored hundreds of players, from complete beginners to advanced competitive cricketers. Multiple athletes developed under his guidance have gone on to represent USA Cricket in national age-group and representative programs.
Coach Sudhir believes that great coaching extends beyond batting, bowling, and fielding. Every training session is designed to develop confident, disciplined, respectful, and resilient young athletes who understand teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and accountability.
His approach focuses on individualized player development. Every child progresses differently, and Coach Sudhir works closely with each athlete to identify strengths, improve weaknesses, and create a personalized path toward long-term success.
